Once you have that made and you have the blue print, go to a safehouse and get 2 more out of the weapons locker. This will create the ELEMENTAL STAFF (the super combination).
Once that is made then combind it again but with a liquid nitrogen. Then you have to combine the ELECTRIC STAFF with a Propane Tank. The elemental staff can be made by combinding a battery and a traffic light. The only thing you need for this to work is the blue prints for the ELEMENTAL STAFF. Ok so I think I may have found one of the fastest ways to get both kills and PP.
